Executive Chef, Lacey Lueth
Lacey Lueth is the head chef at The Neighbor's Italian Bistro. She is a graduate of South Central Technical College in North Mankato, MN with a degree in Culinary Arts. In 2006 Lacey was awarded Best Young Chef by the Chaine de Rotisseurs' young chef competition. She has worked for chefs Michael Goodman and Rino Baglio and has gained experience working and dinning out in the twin cities after college.
My promise to each and every person that dines at The Neighbor’s Italian Bistro is to use only the freshest and finest ingredients around and prepare each dish with creativity and excellence.
